Before scheduling your appointment,
please review the following:
The Appointment Scheduling Link Is Below
Studio Policies
- Appointment Required For ALL Studio Visits
This includes all body piercings, jewelry changes & removals, jewelry & merchandise purchases, as well as consultations. Even something as simple as a jewelry purchase often requires time to determine the best fit/style of jewelry as well as time to set up the procedure room for a jewelry change if it is required.
Payment options
Credit Card, Apple Pay, Cash (Change may be limited)
Cancelling/Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so no later than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any rescheduled/cancelled appointment within 12 hours of an appointment will be considered a "no call/no show"
No Call/No Show
If a client "no call/no shows" two (2) or more times, they may be denied future services. I am not trying to be mean, but time is money and I have to pay those bills!
Late Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will most likely have to reschedule.
- Body Jewelry Policy
- For liability reasons, CBA will not perform any initial piercing(s) with jewelry that is brought into the shop by a client. Though there are a lot of great and reputable jewelry makers out there, there are even more that are manufacturing subpar/poor quality body jewelry. All of the body jewelry here at CBA is guaranteed to be free of defects. Defective jewelry will be returned to the manufacturer. The client may receive the same piece as a replacement, a similar piece, or studio credit.
- Be sure to check your jewelry often to ensure that everything is secure. Lost jewelry/pieces will carry a charge for replacement.
- Infants/Young Children
- For health and safety reasons, no children under the age of 4 are allowed in the studio. Supervised children ages 8-17 are allowed in the studio and/or the procedure area. We do not currently offer piercings for anybody under 8 years of age.
- All Sales Are Final
- For health & safety reasons, no returns and/or exchanges will be accepted for body jewelry. Service Charges and/or Gift Card Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Pregnant or Breast-Feeding
- Due to the physiological, physical, and/or hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy and/or after giving birth, CBA will not perform any piercings/procedures on those that are pregnant and/or breast-feeding. After giving birth, it's important to give your body ample time to heal, repair, and normalize. We suggest waiting no less than three (3) months after giving birth and/or no less than three (3) months from when breast-feeding has ceased.
No Drugs/Alcohol
If you show up to your appointment under the influence of drugs, alcohol we will not be able to work on you. There's a time and a place for these things but it is not at CBA!
Numbing Cream
Due to how swift piercings are, I do not suggest numbing cream/agents for body piercing. It also carries an increased risk for complications during the healing process. They go so quick, it'll be a piece of cake for ya!
Required IDs & Documents
Minors ages 8-14 (earlobe piercings only):
If, at any point during your child's appointment, they become too nervous, upset, or scared, etc., we will hold off on performing any procedures and the appointment will be over. No child will be forced into a piercing, or situation, in which they are uncomfortable. This is a great time to teach children about the importance of boundaries as well as body autonomy; they are in control of their own body.
Parent Requirements
Parents permission is required for any and all Minor Piercing procedures.
If a legal guardian is consenting for the procedure, proof of Guardianship is required in the form of court documentation.
The parent/guardian that is named on the Consent & Release Form must be physically present in the studio during the procedure.
